We will be back open for business on Tuesday the 27th. As for our New Year's schedule, we will be closing early on New Year's Eve, Saturday the 31st at 5:00pm and will be closed New Year's Day, Sunday, January 1, 2006! Did you know that if you are making plans to leave town for the holidays, it is a good idea to have a friend or neighbor stop by to feed your fish and check on your tank? While the idea of an automatic feeder may seem convenient and appealing, more often than not they do more harm than good. The flake/pelleted food can be used with the automatic feeders are high in phosphates and can cause problems with water quality. To keep your friend or neighbor from over-feeding, pre portion out the foods into small Ziploc bags or Tupperware containers and add any vitamins or supplements.
