from copper treatment to DT question

What is your method of doing this?  Is it as easy as just netting the fish and putting it in the DT?  Or do you go through some elaborate process to make sure you get as little copper as possible in your DT?

If the DT is fish only I just throw it in if the water parameters are close. If the DT has corals in it then I catch the fish and place them in a bucket with water that has no copper in it to rinse them off and then net and hand release into the tank. If you are worried of any copper making it into the DT just add a Poly Filter or Cuprisorb to soak it up..
