need a chiller

after trying to make various fans cool my tank, it looks like i have no choice other than to buy a chiller.

 

which kind do you recommend for a 75 gallon tank?

need to cool from 2-9 degrees to maintain 80 degrees of the tank depending on the time of day

 

1/10hp,1/5 or 1/4?

any recommended brand? was looking at jbj which seems to have decent reviews.

I have the jbj artica 1/4 hp chiller for a 60gal and plenty sufficient.  Got it when they were on sale at the jbj website.
