davjbeas January 23, 2013 Share January 23, 2013 A nice fish, I had one before and didn't know it was poisonous. I had my arm in the tank and it got me. I was similar to a jellyfish sting. i called the pet store where I got it and they said the fish does have spines that have poison. wardragonet January 23, 2013 Author Share January 23, 2013 He eats glass shrimp, and he stung me on the knuckle last week, I reached in to get a dead shrimp and I thought a LR fell on him, went to grab it and he hit my finger. smallreef January 23, 2013 Share January 23, 2013 LOL... to funny so are you trying to get him to eat frozen? sckewering the live grass shrimp and wiggling them in front of him??? takes a few weeks of this (and a little more time invested in the beginning) but it is WELL worth doing it to get them switched over to eating frozen shrimp off the skewer to then eating whatever you put in the tank...
