Business has never been better for us and I hope you can see we step up our Game!! Bryan is now in charge of everything customer service wise and I focus just on keeping up with the farm and getting the best of the best for our customers It's seems to be working really smooth now. We have gotten over 1700 ++ feedback on Ebay in the last 9 months I want to thank everyone for there support during the changes. I get about 5 Pm's of week asking for local pickup and the answer is always No!! The reason for this it is just do hard to find a meeting point and a time that work for both parties since we are working at the farm. We believe we have come up with solution for locals. We have work out a deal with Adam the new owner of Mrcoral Retail to run 2 pickup days a week at the Mrcoral Retail location. The Pickup Days will be Monday and Wed. Could change on Holidays or other Crazy Events. Just email us and we will work that out. Pickup times will be around 5:45---7:00 both days. This could get extended we will have to talk to Adam about that. What we will do is pack your order at the farm either day you want Monday or Wed and bring it down to the retail store for local pickup. The order will be all set and ready to go but you must pick your order up the day you pick between the hours of pickup or you will be liable for any issues. There will be no shipping or any other hidden charges. However, there will be a $50 Min Purchase require to make it worth the trip. Same rules on the Website you must spend $50 and Gift Cert do not count towards the $50. Website and Ebay are run as 2 different business so they can not be combine. All orders must be paid for before pickup. If you win Ebay auctions and want to pick up just send Bryan a message on Ebay and we will adjust the shipping to Zero This will also give you a opportunity to see all the new changes at the store.
