Chestnut St. Hegins, PA 17938 This is the same location as Rahn and Bytor's last swap on February 8th of this year. We're still working on some of the features that will be at the event such as vendors, demos, raffle items, etc.... But we can tell you what we've got so far: Event Schedule (12:00pm to 5:00pm) * Frag Swap: 12:00pm - 3:00pm * Speaker: 3:00pm - 4:00pm * Raffle: 4:00pm - 5:00pm Pricing * Founding Members - Free * Regular Members - Free * Non-Members - $10 You will able to sign-up for membership at the event. The cost of the event include: * Free Food and drinks * Unlimited Frag Trading/Selling * Door Prize drawing Speaker The speaker will be NCPARS' own Professor Sanjay Joshi. We'll let you know the topic once it is official. We'll keep you posted with more details including a special guest that might make an appearance for book signing. If you were at the meetings you know who I'm talking about. We'll make it official when we get confirmation of the date. For this swap we'll be using FragSwapper.com to track trades for the swap poriton of the event. Please register on the site then register for our event if you're interested in attending. You do NOT have to be registered with the organization to attend this event or list your items for trade. Just register on FragSwapper, then register for the event under NCPARS organization. If you have any questions about the process you can contact kfizz@ncpars.org. Even if you do NOT plan on listing any items or trading/buying any items, please register with the event anyway so that we can get an idea of how many people are coming. For those items listed on the site, we're setting a "Promissary Deadline" (Yes, I made that word up) of 2pm. That means that any pre-arranged trade on the site that does not occur by 2pm, unless worked out in advance between swappers, is conisdered null and void. So at 2pm, anything you have left you can trade with anybody else at the swap, guilt free that you gave the requester enough chance.
