Kalk powder (calcium hydroxide) is kept saturated in your topoff water by a silent, highly reliable stirring motor. Simply create a slow drip feed of fresh water into the stirrer, and allow it to flow into your sump. This is accomplished via gravity, aqua-lifter, peristaltic pump or similar means.
