Donmarco January 24, 2010 Share January 24, 2010 (edited) Horray! Finally I have a few fairly decent photos of my 120G reef tank. The tank is 1 1/2 years old. I concentrated on capturing photos of some of my coral, but also caught a few fish who wanted to be in a shot or two. I used an Olympus E3 DSLR and a Olympus 7-14mm f/4.0 lens. The equipment was mounted on a tripod and exposures were made using a cable release. Edited January 24, 2010 by Donmarco
dshnarw January 25, 2010 Share January 25, 2010 I like the clam shot. Just curious - why did you choose that particular lens?
Donmarco February 1, 2010 Author Share February 1, 2010 Just curious - why did you choose that particular lens? I chose the wide angle because of the close focus range. Distortion isn't that great and the close range helps me minimize the distortion and focusing difficulties shooting through the aquarium glass.
