Boret June 5, 2009 June 5, 2009 Hey guys and gals! A heads up on the saltwater stuff at the Petland in Annandale/Fairfax, VA. I was there today to pick up one of those corner acrylic magnet things and they had a lot of ricordeas, zoas and fish for great prices. I talked to the guy running the fish department, his name is Zack, and he told me that he is trying to become one of the sponsor vendors in WAMAS. I told him how the different LFS offer discounts to WAMAS members and he said that all members will receive a 15% discount this weekend on Fish and Corals. It is sweet to be a WAMAS member!!

Nate July 20, 2009 July 20, 2009 Stopped in to check out the saltwater section today. I will definitely say that they have a nice clean setup going. Its a little nook in the back corner of the store. Nothing too impressive for the coral and fish selection. However, for a store that specializes in just about every pet imaginable, they have a substantial fish/coral section. When it comes to prices, the fish are a little high and the corals are right on the money. Service is also top notch. From what I hear, this store had some screw ups with animal conditions and what not. I am not going to comment on this stuff. As far as the fish department goes, I give them a thumbs up. I say drop the rest of the pet stuff, expand the fish dept., start selling a ton of coral, and rename the store "Fish Land."
