neon Goby breeding..

I heard that neon gobies breed very well in captivity. And that a breeding pair does good in a reef tank. Does anyone know the difference between male and female. Or if males turn into females or vise versa?

I am pretty sure you can just get 2 of them and they will pair up- similar to clownfish.  You can read about breeding them over at the breeder's registery.
