Does anynoe know how to make one?  I wanna make one SOON (my nitrates are through the roof!) I wanna make like 12-14" long, 1/4 acrylic etc.  Also does anyone know how or where to get acrylic cut?

Over on Nano-Reef.com they have a huge thread on people modifying the AquaClear filters.  I am not sure of the size that they come out to be, but it might be worth checking out.

My quick and easy fuges involve the following.  Take a HOB filter and dump out all the media.  Then, make sure this is sectioned off from the pump, add sand to the filter media area, a few small pieces of rock, and lots of macroalgae.  Then, if possible, stick a small light on top and that's it.
