electronic ballasts

Trying to decide on a upgrade for a friend to some ballast thinking of going electronic any suggestions on dual 250w electronic ballasts. Also what are the pros and cons of the types of ballasts?

if I were you I would get two ice cap 250 ballasts from the wamas member deal before it ends Feb 1. Can't beat $95.00 new.
