tank drilling help

I was wondering if anyone has the skills and tools necessary to help me out drilling two holes in a 70 gallon tank. I need to put in two return lines in the back of the tank.

where are you located and what size holes?

I live in montgomery county maryland but i am in a tight spot in terms of time frames so i am willing to drive anywhere. I am a bit confused as so the size of the holes/bulkheads that i need. I am using a 1" scwd for my return and i am plumbing it on the inside with 3/4" flow eductors. I am pretty sure the output on the scwd is also 3/4 inch. do you need a 1 " hole for a 3/4 inch return?
