The products, but a little on the crappy side of customer service. Trying to get any updates was like trying to pull teeth out. Experience with these guys kinda sucked, even though at the beginning, they were extremely helpful, but towards the end, getting any information out of them was extremely hard. Ask for Kim (that's the husband). Other than that, I probably won't be doing any other business with these folks, even though they were better than the original E-BAY seller National Industrial Supply (username nis_sales). Be wary of the guy, tends to not answer questions after the initial contact period.
