Feedback on a Refugium/Sump

I have a 125gallons reef aquarium and have another scratched tank that I am planning on using as a refugium / sump. I want to relocate anything related to filters and reactor within the additional tank. I will also put another 30 gallons tank as quarantine/algae tank. The filter can overflow within the tank or the tank can be entirely separated (quarantine).

I am planning to make the various separators out of plastic or glass. I will go for the cheapest as long as it can be glued properly to the glass aquarium. Of course, the material must also be compatible with salt water. I am attaching a few images for your comment and would appreciate any idea on the type of plastic I could use for the various separator.
