CMAS Annual Spring Event

8:30-9:30: doors open- sign in

9:30-10:00: opening comments-club business

10:00-12:00: first speaker

12:00-1:00: break for socializing and lunch

1:00-3:00: second speaker

3:00-5:00: socializing, vendor sales, raffle

5:00: adjourn

Cost for this event will be:

 

preregister for paid members $

at the door for paid members $

non members preregistration $

non members at the door $

at the door seminar+ membership $

Sign in actually begins at 8:30am not 9:30am. The correct schedule is as follows:

 

8:30 A.M. - Sign in

9:30 A.M. - Opening and brief meeting business

10:00 A.M. - First Speaker

12:00 P.M. - Lunch

1:00 P.M. - Second Speaker

3:00 P.M. - Socializing/Vendor sales

4:00 P.M. - Raffle drawings

4:45 P.M. - Breakdown and clean up
