The story: I bought a Hydor Koralia 2 on Ebay about 8 months ago. it was new, but had no attachments for mounting in an aquarium. Both pieces were not included. I've been using it to mix salt H2O. So, on a whim, I email customer support on Thursday (last week). Friday, there was a voicemail on my cell phone. Saturday there was an email response asking for my address to mail replacement parts, for FREE. The parts arrived today. That's superior customer service in my book.
