Closed Loop Questions

I have a 150 gallon that I am converting from fish only to reef. I want to keep some polyps, mushrooms, leathers and generally stuff that is not very demanding. I replaced my wet-dry with a refugium (thanks everyone for your help with that) and now want to replace my canister filters with a closed loop. http://www.wamas.org/forums/index.php?s=&a...m&album=235

 

I was going to shoot for around 2,000 gph or lower through the loop. The tank is not drilled. Here is what I was thinking, starting from the intake:

Check out the scwd mod in the diy section to get some ideas, also try mexican java fishes thread in the general discussion area. She'll be running a closed loop on a T with 3 manifolds. One constant on the bottom, and the other part of the t will be running though a heavily modded scwd.

I've blown a scwd out to a full 1" inlet and out let all the way around and will share very soon, also mexicans closed loop should be done very soon and will have pics up asap
