Guest clownfish4 December 15, 2004 Share December 15, 2004 I have a 125g tank with a kalk reactor. I just set-up my nano cube and am trying to figure out how to maintain the calcium levels. One idea I had was to change 1 gallon of water every week or two with water out of my 125g tank. Would the calcium from the established water be enough? Or do I need to use a buffer or drip kalk? michaelg December 15, 2004 Share December 15, 2004 the water changes will probably be enough. Try it for a month and see how stable it is. If you need to suppliment, I would use something like B-ionic, as it is easy to add small amounts.
