dhoch March 10, 2007 Share March 10, 2007 Every Sunday Night/Monday morning a script runs on the server and checks for people whose membership expires within the next 30 days. It then sends them an email stating this and how to renew. People get 3 emails: 1) When less than 30 days to expire 2) When less than 7 days to expire 3) After expired A week after email 3 a membership is considered canceled. There are a couple of things you can do: 1) Click the Join Us link on top of the forum there is a renew button there. 2) Just send your yearly dues to treasurer@wamas.org 3) Subscribe so that paypal takes care of it for you automatically.
