Well, when I received it, there appeared to be some sort of broken crimped rigid tubing in the input elbow. I was trying to clean it and ended up breaking it and removing it. Well, when I tried to use the skimmer, as you all know, it did not work well as I had removed an integral part, the injector. So I emailed AquaC, and told them what had happened. Customer service emailed me right back and asked for my address so they could send out a new elbow and injector! No charge, no shipping, no questions, and all that despite the fact that I was not even the original purchaser!!! In any case, I just wanted to comment on their excellent and quick customer service.
