Good frozen food?

I noticed that Petco has their frozen food on sale: buy 2 get 1 free. I'm relatively new to the frozen food scene. I have some frozen mysis, cyclopeez, glassworms (for my fw dwarf puffer) and some homemade stuff. Is there anything worth stocking up on?

HI! Being new as well the one true response would be to say it depends on the kind of fish you have as to what to buy. I will say the flat packs are generally a better buy but you could always do a price per ounce calculation to see if it's better deal price wise. Some of the more popular food items seem to be cyclopeeze, emerald entree, myisis shrimp and krill. Hope this helps.
