hey, i want a pair of gs maroon clowns, i no they get big but i seen gs maroons that are 2-3 years old and they are 2-3 inchs. is that a good descion

They should be fine if you start with them small.  The safest bet, IMO are perculas or oscellaris.  Also tend to have the best temperment with other fish.  I have many a story of mean as heck maroons.  I'm sure there are exceptions either way.

bemmer on the board had a pair of gsm's and the female went to the glass were i was looking at her from and turned around and fanned sand at me with her tail  that one tough cookie  :p
