I apologize if this is the incorrect place to post this, but I am not getting a response when emailing. My order number is 6308. It has been several months.

Account issue resolved

Hi John - I'll look into this. Thank you for your patience and reaching out! Also, I'd appreciate any info you can provide to help us troubleshoot why we haven't received your concern (correct email for me should be Membership@wamas.org).

Clarification for anyone else reading:

Our system does not have an easy way for us to automatically handle certain membership classes, so we have to manually address them each year (e.g., students, teachers, family accounts). Please contact me at Membership@wamas.org so I can manually update our system, to include any verification of eligibility. I do try to reach out when I see membership statuses that do not seem correct, but this is not always possible (you should see the massive spreadsheets I've built with logic trees to minimize these issues! But, they aren't perfect!) Thanks for your patience!
