Quarantining sea slugs and anemones

Hi,

Does anyone know any info on whether or not it’s a good idea to quarantine sea slugs, berghia, anemones etc? I usually qt. other inverts with shells (hermit crabs) because I heard sometimes ich, flukes etc can attach onto the shells. But what about sea slugs and anemones?
