Screen lid with cut outs advice

Hello,

 

I have a 40g breeder and I'd like a screen lid. I know about and I have put together the kits from BRS. However, this tank has a rim with 2 Radions XR15's mounted w/ an arm bracket on the back frame, so the lid would not fit squarely. I've seen the kits with cut outs, and am a little confused. Do I buy 3 cut outs to go around each arm along the back? Or any other ideas?

Please look at the screen kits from Red Sea, they have cut out kits you can buy and install. I have the xr15 on my Redsea 525 with the screen kit.
