I am starting my first reef tank after keeping high tech planted tanks for the last 5 years and would like a little help with the design of my sump and thoughts about how i am doing.

I am having a custom sump put together with 3 chambers middle will be a refugium
Questions I have now
1) What flow rate is recommended for pump in my sump? I was thinking about an Eheim 5000 compact
2) What size pump should i use on my reactor
I am also interested in upgrading my lights to LED, I have talked to a few stores about LED and most seem to be very negative about LED's. I have seen quite a few nice setups using LED's and wanted to find out more information about light combinations and number of lights. Where would the bet source be and will i have any problems with them with the depth of a 90 Gallon?
