This was a labor of love, and I'm all out of love at this point. Woodworking is not that hard if you take your time. Give it a shot and you'll be surprised how nicely things can turn out. If you don't have the tools or the know-how, check out the Woodworkers Club in Rockville. They have a great shop that you can use (for a fee) and teach classes in fine woodworking. I do all my work at their shop.

Hi guys-- I'm a freshwater planted tank enthusiast, so please excuse my intrusion. I've just built a DIY LED fixture and tank stand (pictures here) and I am trying to get a sense of my light output so I can dial in my dimmers correctly. Do any of you have a PAR meter I could rent/borrow for a couple of days? I live in northwest DC but would make a trip for this. Thanks.
