What rate per kWh is everyone paying?

What is loading? I assume some sort of extra fee. Rates vary wildly here in Texas it's deregulated. Thanks for the link.

Moving up to Alexandria soon and I'm looking at per KWH rates. I pay 11.5 cents per KWH down here in Dallas. According to the Dominion power website it's : Over 800 kWh used 6.2 cents Summer 3.1 cents Winter Does this sound about right? That's about 1/3 of what I pay now. I usually pay $300-$350 in my 1 bedroom condo with poor insulation/old old HVAC,180 gallon system.

Lol, I have 5 now. I had 91 degree temps from a faulty thermometer .. About half my corals died. I now have a controller. Live and learn.
