Congratulations to zygote2k(Rob) on being the winner of the July 2010 POTM.

Apparently my brain is fried this morning and I made it a public poll. Hopefully y'all don't mind if people can see who you voted for this one time.

The time has come to vote for the July POTM
You have until July 31 to cast your vote

That's how I read the first post too. The reply to you is what I was replying to. I'm so confused. He posted today he bought it yesterday and found it dead this morning. Replied that he bought it 7/11, "day of FFE" then saw it yesterday???
actually he said the tang was a week in the tank and the CBB one day

if you keep your clam out of the water for an extended period of time, make sure to rotate it a few times when back in the water. This will help release any air bubbles that may be inside.

i think they depend on the intertidal area to live...very hard to reproduce the same living conditions in a home tank
-
Please keep in mind that all submissions must be made by the person who took the picture.

had a good time, i picked up a nice t-5 fixture for my new tank in progress, got my breeder nets. Bought some coral and a cleaner shrimp. :O)
was nice meeting you

I'm thinking of bringing a JBJ 28G AIO tank(still in box) and the matching stand...doesn't look like I'll be able to set it up afterall.
If I can clean it up in time, will be bringing a large HOB refugium(about 20 inches length)

No one has any dive pictures???? Remember you can submit photos of yours from the ocean, it doesnt just have to be from our tanks.
the first submission was a dive pic

ooohhhhh, the cardinal has an invisible swim buddy

lol, someone is a bit sensitive today.
If you read the May TOTM post, there is an explanation as to why the same person was listed twice. http://www.wamas.org/forums/topic/36956-congratulations-chris-mahoney-big-mahoney-phisigs79/

it's the first thing you see on the website along with POTM

I had been using the JBJ Water Weld after the Aquamend was discontinued...but won't any more.
The batch I bought last week must have had a different mix. The putty ended up becoming unworkable and breaking apart in small chunks.
I ended up stopping at Aquarium one and getting a tube of the 2 Litlle Fishes brand. The tube is twice the size of the aquamend or Water Weld and cost about $19, so it wasn't bad considering you get twice the product.

Finally got everything in place. Thanks for the great pieces...I almost feel guilty getting them for so cheap, now that I see what they look like in person.
