    Ok so I can't find any photos of this crab online. He is brown,hairy,white claws,white eyes with blue pupils, and he a little bigger than a quarter. I will post some pics of him as soon as I catch him.

    Awesome! Funny story A few years back I went to the Baltimore aquaruim and asked one of the Marine Biologists if they had a Mantis shrimp, he had know clue what they are. I have wanted one of those for sooo long. Do you have anything else in the tank with him? I have seen videos of people who keep fish in the same tank before.

    here it goes...... 150 gallon in living room 1st floor looking to add more soft corals, some sps, and a few clams I have tons if live rock with a few soft corals I just need more light and I wanna do it as cheap as possible, with good quality of course. Right now I have only about 350 watts, and that won't cut it.

    Oh yeah thats a sweet deal but like you said the 400 watts would be overkill. I don't have a basement and I am VERY worried about needing a chiller.     Just did as told. I'm a little upet at what I saw. I guess it's hit or miss with these things. And who wants a fire? I guess a light that produces fire would add more watts and more heat. Thanks for the heads up!

    Thats some good info. I do plan on using my hood, so whatcha think I should do? Do you know of any lights in the 500$-600$ range that are around the same wattage?

    Hey everyone. I'm new here but not new to the hobby, I just upgraded from a nano cube to a 150 gal. Anyway I'm glad there is a site out there for us "reefers"! Ever since I picked up my new tank my girlfriend thinks I love it more then her. Geez what can you do?
