Using long shallow clear plastic rubbermaids with power heads and a diy lighting frame to hold a light. (PVC or Wood) The picture idea is great too. As for private or public, It will be public but I am almost certain there will be some sort of entrance fee set to cover the cost of renting the Venue, Equipment rentals, and so forth. I will keep you all informed when things start coming together.

Hi everyone, I'm RobCropper from Hampton Roads Reef Club down in Virginia Beach, VA. We were talking with a few other reef clubs in the region about an upcoming event we are trying to get together and were wondering if you guys would be interested in participating? This is still in the planning stages, but we would like to get things rolling so it will be ready to go early Spring. We are still finding the location, probably midway between DC and Va Beach. We were thinking of getting a medium convention type space for the event. Hoping it will have a huge turnout. For the event itself we were thinking rows of tables so people can setup small frag stations for trade or sale. We would also like to maybe have a speaker, (just an idea).
