Happyfeet February 11, 2011 Share February 11, 2011 Does anyone know of a database which will allow search by range of fish and coral? I was thinking of setting up a tank and paying homage to the Benggai islands. Been going through fish by fish to see if their range includes the islands and it would be great if a database has a search function for range. Kinda doubt it, but I figured I would ask. dshnarw February 11, 2011 Share February 11, 2011 The best you'll probably do is a search by Indonesia on fishbase.org and then checking scientific papers from there for range that includes the Banggai island group. Check Reefbase for corals - they used to have a list of corals and their ranges (good for coral IDs too), but they've changed the site around and now I can't find it.
