I don't know if they refill or just exchange. I know they have CO2 at least. Same with 3 Stars Brewing in DC.
We do both, refill if your tank is within date, or exchange if out of date. I know because I work there. Lol

Jays Brewing in Manassas refills tanks. They’re open Monday-Thrus until 630pm fri and sat 7pm. Not sure if the home brew shop in falls church does.

Supreme Reefs in Springfield has a good selection. They are located just off the beltway near the interchange. Shouldn't be too bad of a drive up 95 from Woodbridge.
Are they in a shopping plaza?
