Thinking of ordering from them. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with fish from them?

I have a 40 breeder that I need to use for a sump. If you have one for sale that would work also. The sump will need to fit the listed equipment.
Skimz skimmer
- Dimension - 8.75" L x 12.5" W x 23.0" H
ClariSea SK-5000 (so no filter socks)
- Footprint - 9" x 10.1
Vectra S2
- Footprint - 3.8" L x 6.5" W

I am planning to build a stand for a XXL 750. This will be my first build and I would like for it not to be the cause of my divorce in 2 years or so. I mainly used the specs on the redsea factory stand with just a few changes. If there is anything that could/should be fixed please let me know.
3/4 Sanded Plywood
(2) 2x6
#8 1 1/2 wood screws

Thanks Lynn. I think all models are the same. Now I have to fix my sketch.

Perhaps a parking lot fragfest is in order.

If anyone out there has a red sea tank and factory stand could you please send me a closeup of the stand from a side view. I am building my own and I am trying to make sure I am not seeing an optical illusion when looking at online pictures. It looks like the front pane does not rest on the stand at all.

I recently lost all my SPS and my guess is the drop to 6.6 dkh while I was on vacation was the reason. Just to be sure I have decided to order another ICP test and that got me thinking. Do we really need to get our water tested by mail? I would like to think there is somewhere in the DMV where we can get water tested without having to wait 2 weeks for results.

I am thinking of switching out my rock for a branch design. Anyone have pictures to share.

I am using the Milwaukee digital refractometer. I calibrate before use. I used a different reagent and still got the same.

Mixed up red sea's sea salt to 1.025. CA came out to 410 (salifert) , but KH came out to 5.6 (hanna). Thinking this was clearly me using a dirty cuvette I swapped out and still got 5.6. I just recently started testing my water prior to changing it and I am glad I did. Is this something that I should expect to experience?

What can I use instead. I am hoping hacksaw isn't my only option.

I would like to use a band saw to cut live rock. I need to do a re-scape and I don't have a ton of time to be cutting rock. Anyone near Woodbridge have one?

Won't the plexi start to warp over time from the weight of the screen?I've cut out the damaged brace and replaced it with plexi and attached it with nylon screws. Similar to the image below

Looking for someone that services the Woodbridge/Dumfries area. I need the rim on my 125 replaced. Metal halide melted my crossbar.

Tank Flood Cleanup Advice
in General Discussion
Thank you all for the advice. I have a RR750xxl. All but 5% of the water was out of the tank when I got home. I used a shop vac and now I have a carpet blower running. From what I can deduce, a siphon started.
I may end up out of the hobby for a while after this one. The tank is to heavy to be taking down and putting back up again.
On a positive note all of my fish survived.
