  1. Aaand here's the Red Sea max and rock. Looking at the rock again I can definitely say it's got a good amount of green on it . What I will say in favor of the rock is that even in the trash cans the water becomes clear relatively quickly and it does not stink at all. From what I can tell from researching it, this is a good sign that the rock has beneficial life still. I think it's around 40 lbs of rock and I'd take $50 if anyone wants it. Here are the pictures:

Thanks for looking! Sorry about the back to back posts by the way! The forum wouldn't let me edit the other one because it had been too long I suppose.
  2. I took apart the RSM to clean it, so I don't have pictures of what it looked like. I moved the rock into a couple trash cans with salt water and pumps to try and keep it alive for now. I can try to get some pictures of what the individual pieces look like for you in a bit. I will also get some pictures of the RSM when I am happy with how it looks...Coralline can be tough. I will post pictures of everything I had already listed below.

The skimmer and Biocube have both already sold.

    Thanks!

  3. Alright, I finally went through and found/sorted through everything that is sale-worthy. Here is it all listed with the asking price:

Red Sea Max 34 Gallon tank + Stand (I'd really like to get rid of the tank and stand together, if possible): $600

Tunze 9002 Skimmer with Stevie T Cup modification: $60

JBJ Auto Top off System: $40

    Current USA 24 inch Outer Orbit 1x250w 10K HQI-MH w/ 4x24W T5 HO & 12 Lunar Lights: $325

    Oceanic 8 Gallon BioCube: $100

    A 20 Gallon Tank plus Stand: $100

Vortech MP10 Propeller Pump: $125 (EDIT: This is the older model of the MP10)

    Portable Refractometer: $30

I also have 40 pounds of really, really nice Alor live rock. The problem is that it is covered in pest anemones now that I stopped looking after the tank closely. Do you guys have any ideas of what I could do with this? Should I just dry it out? Would any of you want to buy it live? Thanks for any help on this.

If anyone wants me to post pictures of anything just let me know and I can do that tomorrow.

    Thanks

EDIT: I am in Northern Virginia! Totally forgot to add that.

  4. Basically I had a couple tanks a few years ago when I was in highschool. When I left for college they kind of...fell apart, much to my dismay.

I plan on getting back into the hobby in a few years, but as of right now I really need the potential money for school. I have a bunch of stuff to get rid of:

I have a Biocube 8, a 20 gallon with stand, and a Red Sea Max 34 gallon with stand all for sale.

I have a ton supplies, cleaning things, all the stuff an aquarium owner had. Buckets, testing kits, supplements, the whole 9 yards. Totaling all of my dry/live (read below) rock I probably have nearly 40 pounds of rock.

Now with the RSM 34 I also have an auto top off, Tunze skimmer w/ StevieT cap, StevieT media rack, a halogen light upgrade, etc. The problem with this tank is that this tank was never drained, it's basically just been running for a couple years. Luckily, when I went to school, I took all of the fish, and most coral, out of the tank preemptively. The tank at this point is just live rock, sand, water, some Zoas (how...I don't know...), and a lot of Aiptasia. I'm not sure what I should do with the live rock, because it has so much aiptasia but it also still has a lot of beneficial things to an aquarium alive. If anyone has any advice of what to do about this let me know please.

If anyone wants to scoop the whole lot it'd $1,200.

Here's a picture of what my tank used to look like...I really miss it.
