    Always the case everywhere you go. Are there 911 receiving hospitals here with trauma center designation who have specialists on call 24/7? Do you have replantation hospitals, hyperbaric hospitals, etc. nearby? Most places outside of NY patients requiring specilty treatment have to be Medevaced.

     

     

     

     

    There are centers like that here in DC and MD. I don't believe there are any in VA. I am fairly certain there's only one PARC, I believe 1 level I trauma center 4 trauma II centers and 3 trauma III centers. In my honest opinion If a hospital is a trauma center. you're in good hands. Because the biggest difference in levels of trauma, is dedicated doctors or on call doctors guaranteed to arrive in 30 minutes. PARC is different because it is dedicated facilities and dedicated specialists 24/7. I am not sure if any of the info has changed or not since I was a Volunteer EMT/Firefighter.

    it was a stealth heater. thanks guys for the advice. i did a 70% water change after i've taken out all the rock and most of the sand out. my system started cycling so i added bio spira. all the snails i got died, and 2 of my prized fish died. very sad. i do have some heavy filtration on the system right now. so i've got 3 lonely fish left. no more zoas either. heartbroken. i guess it's back to square one pretty much. again guys thanks for the advice. greatly appreciated.

    my heater exploded in the tank, most fish accept for 3 so far have died, i've made saltwater. But i need bio spira or dr tims. Any of you guys have it? i've called 3 stores 2 in rockville and 1 in gaithersburg and all sold out. ugh frustrating.

    if you guys are telling me distributors won't ship products directly to the customer, then dealing with the wrong distributor or something isn't right there. i can understand livestock not being directly shipped to the customer, but other products like lights and salt. doesn't make sense.

    One other thing I hope comes from this thread.

    people could learn to count :) and when to use there, their, and they're.

     

    As another small family business owner, you might save a buck on the internet but you don't always get what you think you do. My industry is upside down with telemarketers charging 33% more for the same service we provide. They lure you in and sell you cheap flowers and then charge you out the wazoo to send them.

    Call your local florist, we need you too.

    people could learn how to pay attention to detail, and if people look really hard, they would know that the number 138 was the actual post number. Better yet, pay attention to (their, there, they're) own failing business.
