Need input - cracked RODI fitting

You need to replace the fitting.  The fitting will be under pressure with any kind of an auto shutoff valve.

 

Grip the broken part with pliers and unscrew the fitting.  Or use a slotted screwdriver to unscrew the fitting.  If that doesn't work, buy an inexpensive bolt extractor.

I’d use a pair of needle  Nose pliers to remove the broken piece and take the broken piece to Home Depot or Lowe’s and a piece of ro tubing  to match it up they will have the filling is the pluming sections on the racks

Looks like it might be the output from your DI canister. Probably an elbow.

Yes, that is it. AWI responded to my email. It's a $2 fitting, so not bad at all.
