Will Kessil A160WE grow Chaeto?

Hi,

I am thinking of setting up a refugium to grow chaetomorpha. 
I have a spare Kessil A 160WE Tuna Blue bulb. The lowest spectrum on it is 10K i believe Can I use this bulb at it's most white setting to grow chaetomorpha. Or would be right to buy one of those red colored lights for refugium?
If this is not the right forum to ask this question, mods please feel free to move it to the right one.

Tank info: RedSea reefer 170, mixed reef tank.

It will grow but perhaps not as quickly as something closer to 6500k.

Maybe to get it started but I feel it’s too expensive. just go to Lowe’s and buy a 6500ish light bulb

 Since I already have the Kessil A160, I started with it. If it does not work, I will buy one of those cheap grow lights.

I'd think the spectrum is wrong, but I'd be curious about your results.
