madweazl October 17, 2016 Share October 17, 2016 I contacted Hanna in regard to purchasing a replacement container (interior portion that holds all of the items in place) for a test kit because the one I had was messed up. Within a few days they had responded, requested my address, and stated they'd ship one out free of charge. Perhaps they're enabling my OCD... Also sending a new syringe that is supposed to make the Ca test a little more accurate along with some deionized water to troubleshoot the kit. Their service is exceptionally good!
