davelin315 January 5, 2008 Share January 5, 2008 The Little Giant is pressure rated and you don't need a pressure rated pump for a closed loop. It will help to maintain the flow, but it's not necessary. I like Little Giant pumps, but they do have a tendency to be a bit loud with their humming fan.
