Frag Swap Winter Meeting

I have a few real goodies to swap- Only interested in a trade (trying to stock up on the goodies from the area before a major tank move)......

 

1. Pulsing sinularia, from Adam Cesnales (1) (ousnakebyte)

2. Baby blue bottlebrush acro (1-2) (glenn, doug, and Jake)- no more....

3. Borneman flower anenome (frilly tentacles and BRIGHT green oral disk) (1-2) (ousnakebyte and    ).

4. Green with deep blue/purple tip acro (3?)  I think this originally came from Craig? (Glenn, Jake, Lee)- maybe 1 more?

5. Unidentified soft coral, I can e-mail a photo if really interested.  Came from Eric Borneman (1).

6. Larry Jackson purple tip acropora (3?), one of my older acroporas, from iceman (Glenn, Jake, Lee, Simon)

7. a couple funky boulder type montipora (fluorescent green) (Mike OUsnakebyte)

8. Cultures (1 each for bededog)

9. Reefmon blue tip stag (Simon)

To the folks who have generously given to me in the past (you know who you are), just holler if you want any of the above....  Many of you I still owe bigtime and all of these need to be spread so as never lost.

 

Will throw in the reefmon blue tip stag (or just bring some for free- this thing is a weed).  Will also bring along some of the Borneman Capnella/lithophyton (Eric promised this thing will be properlly ID'd in the near future).

I do have few pieces that are starting to shape up to be quite interesting, a bright purple acro & a sweet looking table, I also have a nice M. confusa frag with your name all over it. :p

A frag of my red w/white polyp gorgonian that I got from Steve at last meeting.  This is NOT photosynthetic and needs to be fed.  I feed an assortment of Mark Weiss products and Cyclopeeze along with DTs twice per week.

 

Mushrooms - a couple of different green shrooms and some red ones if I can hunt them down.

 

Stomatellas - these are the true "sea bunnies" as far as I am concerned.

 

Mini brittle stars.

 

And chaeto/caulerpa for the fuge.  I do have aiptasia in my fuge.

Ill be a first timer this meeting, Im Derek. I just want anything soft because Im too busy/lazy for hard.Zoos, rics, shrooms, etc. Heres what Ill bring.

8-several random leather frags

9-a rock of what I thought was just dull orange encrusting monti, but then those feather worm things started coming out, dunno exactly what its called but its cool, and I don't have room for it.

10- Also, I ordered some pc 96 watt actinics, and they sent me square pins when I needed straight.  So if someone needs some square pin 96 watt actinics Im sure we can work something out.

Okay, off the top of my head, I can think of a few things I can bring if anyone is interested.

 

Softies:

- neon green sinularia

- truckload of xenia (unless specified, will be for the freebie table)

 

 

sps:

- green slimer

- birdsnest - not the hot pink variety.  This is more of a dark, brick red color

- green or orange monti caps

- cream/light green millie

- green digitada

- purple digitada

- A. valida (tricolor, I believe...)

If people let me know now, I am willing to grow up fresh phytoplankton for the meeting.  It will be a dense culture.  1-2 liters.  Let me know what you want to swap- for this I won't be too picky if it isn't something I already have...  I can also offer rotifer cultures.

This may be a stupid question, but this seems to be a pretty brotherly organization, and I was wondering as for the frags we bring....things such as zoos and other smaller stuff.....do you guys try to frag them into really small pieces as to spread the wealth or it doesnt really matter?
