  1. I am selling a beautiful 180 gal Oceanic tank with custom, solid wood stand for $999. This tank was set up by professionals and includes everything you need except water and fish! Includes 100 pounds of live rock. Also includes top with new lights. Also heater, pumps, protein skimmer, bucket of salt, etc. there is a wet/dry filter system housed within the stand. The pictures show the top, lights, and filter system. I took the pictures while cleaning/replacing the water, but the tank is usually filled. The tank is 24"D x 29.25"H x 60"W. The stand is approximately four feet tall and otherwise mostly matches the tank's dimensions. Of course the components and accessories are worth much more than I am asking, but I am a slightly motivated seller. I am including a link to the Craigslist post. Hopefully it conveys - https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/mld/for/6221059046.html If interested, please email me at no7325@gmail.com Thanks!
  2. Well here is an attempt to recover from my winter disaster of my 135 gallon frg/holding tank incendent. After many hours of debating the issue of selling everything off and wait until my return home. I have decided to build a temporary reef in doors. I had great plans for the 156, but another WAMAS member needed it more than I. Bla Bla Bla. So I present my new project ! The Oceanic 120 Tech Tank. It will builT from all WAMAS posted FS/FT/Free Items as well as all corals purchashed from club members as well. Tag along!!!
  3. Well just returned from Jan's house picking up her old 156 Gallon Oceanic. I hope this will keep me satisfied until the Rimless Reef is complete. Got it home on the truck and Wife says it not cherry, or mahogany. Well I guess the first step is to refinish the stock 3/4 inch oak stand. I would like recommendations on what white paint is safe for the interior. Next I would like to remove the (2) front supports and use (1) center support to allow better access to sump skimmer etc. will post pics later headed to Lowes to PU some paint stripper. I hope to keep this tank progress posted here on WAMAS. Visitors have given me many compliments on my previous Reefs so I hope to share with all. Thanks to everyone who assisted with loading this thin today. Tag along Jan!!! Guess I need to PU some peroxide an vinegar (LOL) Changed my mind. I am older now need a 30 minute nap first.
