  1. I need a chiller for my tank at my office. During the week the temp stays down with the ac for the building, but that turns off on the weekend, meaning warm water. Heavily stocked reef ya k so that’s no good. 150 gallon display, maybe 180-200 full system. What do you recommended
  2. Wow, this thread hasn’t been used in a while but here will go. I need a chiller for my tank at my office. 3. Put a diamond goby in the tank a week ago and haven’t seen it since. Medium size goby, 150g reef, glass tops. Has anyone else put one in and not seen it for a while?
  4. Put a diamond goby in the tank a week ago, haven’t seen it. Covered bottom so I can’t look up through sump area. How long has it taken others for it to show itself?
  5. Haven’t been to any saltwater stores in nova yet, I’m located near Tyson’s, where should I go fist?
  6. 2 questions if I may. Want to add a sand bed to an existing reef, been running for years, and need to clean some rock, covered in sponges and stuff. I’m thinking of adding live sand Carib-sea Arag-alive, and running a power washer over live rock. Enough to clean outside of the rock but not enough to kill all the life within the rock, seems easier then scrubbing but would it be a terrible idea? Let me know what y’all think!!
  7. Hey everyone, my names Richard and I just relocated up here from Texas (dfwmas). Love this expensive ever changing hobby. I’ve had reef, Fowler, and the funnest freshwater cichlid tank. I’m currently tankless but when I get back into it I’ll probably do a big cichlid and I think I’m going to do Fowler saltwater too. One question, what are some good coral stores in nova? I do have access to a reef tank I can bicuriously live through at the office. Anywho, I don’t know where any fish or coral stores are around here, I live in Vienna. Anything good around? I went to the latest wamas meeting and saw that there is a lot of sps up here, were it’s a pretty good split in tx. Are lps and softies harder to find here? Look forward to getting to know y’all and growing in this ever changing hobby with y’all.
