It's mine it's a fresh water sucker fish (Hypostomus Plecostomus, I think). I have a 40 gal tank and the poor guy has grown to close to 14 inches. Luckily he just hangs on the glass mostly but his life can't be that good.

Does anyone know of some sort of fish rescue in northern VA or DC that can rescue an fish that has outgrown an aquarium?
