  1. :D not sure if I know anyone that goes to umbc but yeah! Good stuff . Is it your first time doing saltwater?
  2. :D Same but I have a 40b. Fun stuff
  3. Oh wow that's awful... I'm really sorry to hear that :/ Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  4. Frag from ICAA xD color isn't as cool :3 but it seems to be coloring up!
  5. Incredible Corals is having a sale on them! There was 5? Or 6 for sale. I grabbed one:) Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  6. I was thinking about doing the same, but no detritus was building up and they seem to be doing good so I passed! Let me know how yours work though :D
  7. Haha yeah! Lots of growth still. The chaeto was going into my overflow and started to clog it a big which made me nervous when I remembered someone telling me about putting it in a hamster ball. It's pretty great because my powerhead rotates it and every side gets a pretty even amount of lighting! Pretty easy to remove the chaeto too. There's a small hole that you twist to open, grab a chunk, and close it up! Clean and easy.
  8. Ooo I'm looking for Iwagumi or Dragon stone, do you know if any will be available? Maybe so spider wood too. Haven't decided on my scape yet. Is this group just for plants? or FW fish/shrimp too?
  9. Tank update, everything is looking good. It has been about 2 weeks now since everything was added. Lots of new polyps and great extension. A Reefer on the forum told me about the hamster ball to hold chaeto.. greatest idea ever. No more Chaeto in my power heads and plumbing Haven't messed around with Hydra settings to kinda match my Kessils yet :/
  10. Oh gosh so far. Ok Thanks for the heads up!
  11. I know this is a more saltwater forum but I wanted to ask if anyone knows where I could get some freshwater stuff like driftwood. Is there a LFS you've seen that has some? Trying to set up a small shrimp tank Thanks!
