  1. It is my honor and my pleasure to introduce this year’s FMAS 1955 MACNA 2013 Keynote Speaker as the one and only Bishop Museum ichthyologist Dr. Richard Pyle. As a self proclaimed fish nerd Richard has be keeping, observing, collecting, identifying, and discovering reef fish since he was 13 years old. Now he will share his experiences with use at the banquet, you don’t want to miss this one!
  2. Here is a photo from one of my dive trips to Tubbataha.
  3. Thank you for your comment on the cover. I just tried it and it worked just fine, if you continue to have issues try this link; https://www.thecoralreefaquariumbook.com/buy_the_coral_reef_aquarium_book.php
  4. Finally, the wait is over! Two Little Fishies has completed the Pre-Order web site for "The Coral Reef Aquarium". http://thecoralreefaquariumbook.com/index.htm
  5. Which I was there, looks like a good time! Chip chipping away at corals.
  6. Seth Miller has a wonderful reef aquarium, get to enjoy it as much as I did! http://www.reefs.com/blog/2011/07/18/seth-miller-180-reef/
  7. Take a look at the new ad Two Little Fishies created for the introduction of my new book. If anything you have to smile. http://www.reefs.com/blog/2011/07/08/more-buzz-about-tony-vargass-new-book/
  8. Take a look at the final book cover created for my new book, and see who's photos made it to the front cover. http://www.reefs.com/blog/2011/06/20/book-cover/
  9. Stuart Bertram's reef aquarium is featured in the current issue of Coral magazine (July/August 2011), but some photos did not make it into the article. Here are some of those photos, enjoy! http://www.reefs.com/blog/2011/07/12/stuart-bertrams-750-gallon-reef/#more-3887
  10. What do you feed your tank, including fish?
  11. I would once again give a big THANK YOU! to the club for inviting me and for allowing me to share my passion with the members of this great club. Special thanks to Craig Kuhn for making me feel very comfortable throughout the weekend, to Doug Arthur and John Cappolino for making the arrangements for my visit, to Chip Frederick for the Brick Oven Pizza, to Justin Casp for his tour, to Bob & Tamie DeWitt for their hospitality, and to Tom (sorry I do not have your last name) for the stimulating conversations, and for finding a good home to one of the most awesome corals in the hobby. It was great to see Chip a member I had shared my passion with at his club just about 16 years ago. It reminds me of how long I have been doing this. Thanks, everyone for making this so enjoyable.
