I updated the firmware wired. I was able to get the firmware and webpage to update but cant get the modules to update. I do have the display screen. I may have to do a factory reset.

I have an old Apex Lite. I can't get it to calibrate a ph probe. I have updated the firmware. It says that I now have 6 modules that need updated. But I can't update them. My webpage and dashboard looks different than the one on the I instruction page and on you tube. So I tried to update webpage. How did you hook it up to the apex? Which outlet option did you use?

I need to purchase a skimmate collection, any advice? Looks like the two options are the Avast and the Reef Octopus. Kind of leaning towards the Avast due to them being local and a sponsor. But it seem the Reef Octopus has a fail safe.

Do you have a store front or a place for local purchases?

There was a discussion recently about skimmers and mentioned a name change for Reef Octopus, but I couldn't find it.

I found out that it is Reef Essential products sold out of Austalia. It is nick name the "juice".

I have always used Reef Crystals. I have never had an issue with it. What benefits do the more expensive brands offer?

What are the differances between Green Slimer and Green Goblin Acro? I am looking to purchase a green Acro. These two look the same. Are the the same?

Here is a pic of it in the tank not under stress of being messed with. Do you all still think it is majano or bubble tip or what? I need to know whatever to remove it or keep it.

I found this in my tank when it was much smaller and didn't know what it was. Now that it is a little bigger and could get a picture (while I was moving rocks), I was wondering what you all thought this is. It looks like it has bubble tips (like an anemone), but I wanted to get other opinions.

Get a pole for your GoPro. It helps get your camera into places and get video. I use one that is entendable and floats.

You could you a wet/dry shop vac for your sump. That's what I use every once in a while. You can get small ones for around $35. They will usually clean up 5 gallons of water.

I also have had good luck with peppermint shrimp.

I am looking for a skimmer for a frag tank. But the tank is only 6 1/4 inches deep. What would you suggest?
