jason the filter freak Posted February 20, 2014 Anti vortex/siphon box for return pumps in sumps, the yellow areas are the path of the flow up under the box and the red arrow is the path the water no longer takes from the surface which prevents air from being sucked into the return pump and spilling micro bubbles into the tank.
