bk_market January 16, 2018 Share January 16, 2018 (edited) Went home last Friday and noticed this slimy goo at the bottom of my sps frag that sit next to my lobo colony. 48 hours later... Usually if the lobo sting something it send out web like strings. However, I didn’t see anything like that this time. YHSublime January 16, 2018 Share January 16, 2018 Lobophyllia are notorious for long aggressive stingers. Check it out at night when your lights go out, I bet you it's stinging the heck out of that SPS, if you want to keep it, I suggest moving the lobo! gws3 January 17, 2018 Share January 17, 2018 It's surely the lobo. They do it at night most of the time. I'm surprised it only killed that much. They belong in different spots IMO, not just due to the radius of stinging death, but the lobo will want lower light and flow.
